Joan Didion: The Year of Magical Thinking
I'm reading the latest by Joan Didion, one of my favorite authors. The Year of Magical Thinking chronicles the year after her husband, the author John Gregory Dunne, suddenly died over dinner. It's a heartfelt tribute to one of the great literary love stories of our time written in her vividly descriptive style.
